Hi there My girls room has a round shape and I’m finding it very difficult to organise it could you please give me some hints. Here are some photos of the room. Please ignore the mess. One girl is 4 years old and the other one is one year old.
What spectacular architecture you have there with great potential!
I recommend trying to place furniture away from the outskirts of the room. This makes the space feel larger and allows the soft, comforting and flowing shape of the room to become more apparent with views visible.
The room will benefit from a circular rug or even a few circular rugs layered and utilised under furniture for zoning. Where possible it is useful to allow form to follow form, so to include similar shapes around the room emphasising the characterful architecture.
Through placing lighting or a feature over furniture such as a side table or bed, it gives the positioning of the furniture purpose, especially when placed in the centre of the room.
If you would like us to create a floor plan for you we offer this service remotely. The first step is to get in touch for a cost - either private message or phone call is great.
Thank you for sharing, this is a really fun project.
