What to put here?

Hi, I've been dithering about what to put in the spot in the corner in our hallway to put the wifi router (currently sitting on the floor!) on and possibly add a bit of extra storage. it is under the stairs so has a low ceiling and is a main thoroughfare through to the toilet snug and kitchen so needs to be unobtrusive. We also have a 2 year old rampaging around so cant be anything delicate! I had thought a little oak bookcase (we have a distinct lack of bookcases in this house!) but worried she will pull everything off it. What would you do?!

Comments (4)Looks like a nice space -I could easily relax in your lovely corner sofa! Personally, 1. I would add rattan chair - natural colour, you have loads of cushions so 1 or 2 on the rattan chair would tie in with your scheme. 2. The pictures above the sofa could be moved to the left to line up more against the end of the sofa. 3. The lamp on the white table - try to find something much bigger - relative to the sofa it appears very small. Comments (3)Good Morning JB, I agree with what you are saying. Some wall hanging plants - possibly silk realistic imitations will give the area life and variation. If you can add a couple of pendant decorative lights to one side with the mirror on the other side to balance, you will provide layers, light and depth.
