Would love to see any photos of the New England style cladding, we have a 1960's house that we are updating and are considering both render and cladding. We are making the top windows deeper and are trying to decide whether to use white or grey aluminium/pvc frames. We have had grey (covered in tape in pic) bifold doors installed but can have these powder coated in white if it is better to stick to white windows. Thank you!

We are inundated with solid surface manufacturers reps bringing in samples of sold porcelain work surfaces. The newer, harder, but generally thinner solid work surfaces on the market. These have been born from external wall cladding which is being adapted for work surfaces, flooring, and back panels. Available mostly in 12mm thicknesses. While these seem a great idea, most are a printed on finish unlike a quartz, so the pattern will not follow through the thickness of the material. Therefore your nice veiny patter will be lost on the edges and in the drainer grooves. Also the cutting process takes longer so generally they will cost more than a quartz. Let’s see if they take off.

Hi All, Back again as contract exchange is almost there. I have been looking at few options as below: New porch. New Porch/Garage roof - Either flat or pitched (still to be decided). New windows. New Garage door. Repaint the roof tiles. Cladding, no example of coloured cladding I have seen are that impressive.
