Front door colour?
Here is my house that is being built. The windows are in Painswick Ral 7038.
I want a contemporary front door which will be 2.1m high and 2.4m wide; there will be side lights either side of the door.
I have narrowed the front door colour down to the following door colours :
RAL 7036 (See the chart below)
RAL 7038 (Agate grey / Painswick, the same colour as the windows, see the chart below)
RAL 7037 (See the chart below)
RAL 9007 (Origin Dark grey metallic, see the chart below)
I am trying to choose a grey front door colour that has a green undertone as the windows have a green undertone and from what I have read this is warmer and will therefore compliment the rest of the house?
I have driven past houses and looked at some of the silvery or blue greys and I don't feel that they will work.
What do you think? What would you go for and why?

Would the inner door fit on the porch outside area which would keep the outside of the house in the same colour frames/doors and then have something more glass orientated inside so it’s not dark with the porch added. Comments (11)I would use Hague Blue (F&B) but I am not a fan of baby pastels on front doors. Stiffkey Blue is also very striking I have used it before. You said you live in a Mews type setting. What colour are your neighbours doors? Front doors painted black are reputed to sell for more money than any other colour. What direction does your front door face if your back is to the door facing out? I can suggest the best Fung Shui colour based on the direction for you if you let me know?
