Sounds pretty. Paint it one colour inside to match the kitchen- personally I think white matches skirting boards and stair banisters so is an obvious choose.

Your outside colour should match your brick or render. So if you have an orange brick consider if a pale pink will look washed out and you instead want an in your face clash with fuchsia, perhaps your brick already has an inky blue quality that points you in that direction.

I love to paint it a nice pink but live in a mews of 7 houses have you any ideas on a nice pink that woudnt stand out to much I’m torn between pink or inchyra blue the slabs are very dark grey

I’ve recently had a new Hurst composite front door. They do an amazing range of colours including many blues and a gorgeous pale pink, as well as all the RAL colours. You just need to find a local supplier/installer. This is mine, it’s almost a lilac blue and it’s called Pigeon Blue. They have lots of design to suit many styles of houses. I would use Hague Blue (F&B) but I am not a fan of baby pastels on front doors. Stiffkey Blue is also very striking I have used it before. You said you live in a Mews type setting. What colour are your neighbours doors? Front doors painted black are reputed to sell for more money than any other colour. What direction does your front door face if your back is to the door facing out? I can suggest the best Fung Shui colour based on the direction for you if you let me know? It depends on your front door's element.
