Hello I'm from Algeria .. I have a bug distance but I don't know how to design .. that's the plan the builder proposed .. can anyone help please

After getting inspiration and ideas from your layout, I threw a budget out the window and started asking myself what would I do if money was no object. I started by tackling one of my bigger issues with the house - the 1970's facade. See front elevation view of house as it stands now: Current Facade: The layout below modernizes the face of the house (something I didn't think was possible) by making the main entrance on the ground floor - the 'Wow factor' comes from a double staircase on leading up to either the main hall or the sitting room, double height single pane windows mean both staircases are visible from the outside (Also letting tons of light through). The ground floor entrance is large enough to be used as a separate living space by itself (which is no harm as the staircase into the sitting room reduces its size. The only planning changes are to the centre section of the front facade. Updated Facade and Layout: Thinking the new front would look well finished with stone. Per your advice the fireplace is now moved to the side of the sitting room leaving a large centre window and the kitchen is now utilising the old utility space by removing the old kitchen W.C I also took the advice on Bed 3 but I have left the original master as is. The hotpress is now in Bed 3's old ensuite. I couldn't even hazard a guess on the cost of works detailed above.....

Thanks so much for your comment. This is my only living space, so looking to have a dining table, sofa, coffee table, chair etc. In the picture where you can see my kitchen - to the right, I have three windows, and behind me is just a bare wall with a radiator. I think you could make this room lovely Kate. Firstly, the bed you've sourced. Are you planning to sleep on it as a single or pull it out every night for a double? It's just that it seems you might have to move it 45 degrees every night from what I can see of the design. Other than that it seems like a good option for the space. You already have some ingenious ideas for creating hanging space but I would suggest some shelving (not sure if floating shelves would be strong enough?) with hanging rails underneath to give you a bit more space between the top of your 3 chest of drawers ( commodes) and the rail for longer items. There are some pics below for inspiration. I know we don't all only have black and cream clothes!! but you can see how adding a few picture frames, pretty boxes/baskets/ handbags, etc can make it look more like a glamorous dressing room. I'm assuming concealed wardrobe storage is out of your budget at the moment so making the open storage look as good as possible would be the trick here. Could the rabbit hutch be put on legs or onto an appropriately sized coffee table (ebay /gumtree find!?!) it would look more like part of the room, perhaps with a couple of pics leaning against the wall, food concealed in a pretty box/basket etc.) Does your other menagerie (all the cuddly toys) have to stay? If your looking for the style in your inspiration pics (which are lovely BTW) they might need boxing up and going tthrough the square hole into the loft/attic space!! They'll have a ball up there without you. Maybe a couple on the top of your rabbit hutch for old times sake :-) Good luck.

If it were me I would move the WC closer to the stairs so that midnight flushes don’t disturb the bedroom next door. I would also add a sensor and LED so that in the middle of the night a light comes on without using the principal lights plus extractor. I would also ensure there is a socket somewhere convenient for a vacuum cleaner. You might think if you want phone points or TV/satellite points on this level too. And if there is a loft put a light switch on the landing.
