Hi. It's hard to tell if this will work as I can't tell the door width but what if you were to build a ŵall to wall bookcase on the desk ŵall incorporating both the tv and radiator? Ignore the design of this one, was just showing a pic of one against a window, You may need to widen the pillar by the dining room entrance slightly. Perhaps ammonite by F&B for the ŵalls with a floor that picks up one of the tones in the table. I'd also paint the coving in the ammonite and a darker shade of grey for the bookcase. Have a 6ft sofa (allowing for side table and lamp) opposite the bookcase (not against the ŵall) with a chair angled in front of the bookcase and perhaps go for an upholstered stool on legs as per your inspiration pic. You could use Romans on the windows, maybe in a vertical stripe and then use geo patterns for the cushions. Re lights I'd add ŵall lights to the bookcase and a flush for the living room, preferably just 7 inches high. You can afford to hang something lower over the dining table. Are you keeping the tall cabinet? I think your current table will look lovely with some upholstered chairs

I know all of these paint colours, I feel your pain. I would suggest a warmish neutral that doesn't read as too green otherwise it would clash with the carpet. I would try two, 'Wax Myrtle' by Fired Earth and Stone 3 by Paint and Paper library. There is enough of a tinge of umber in these colours to warm them up but still read as neutral. Something like 'Pointing' by Farrow and Ball might be worth trying for the woodwork, again it has a dollop of red, barely detectable but just enough to make a difference. In terms of lighting, we recently bought these Philips lights. They are 2700K and the best spots we have found, they dim to a slightly pinkish colour that warms spaces beautifully. More expensive that standard LED's but if you want a certain warm atmosphere, a good choice. If you want bulbs for lamps then Tala bulbs again read as slightly pinkish and beautfully warm. What a gorgeous room! You have lots of options here as it's such a beautifully airy and light room.. You could 'colour' drench' the whole space and this will give it a cosy vibe in a taupe colour (including mouldings and fireplace). Or you could paint the ceiling down to the dado a darker colour than the walls and this will add interest and feel atmospheric. Or go with the current finishes with a darker wall and lighter 'frosting' on the woodwork, fireplace and architrave etc. Another option would be to add in some additional texture with a woven wallpaper. It can help add depth and interest in a larger room too. Hello This is my first time ..And I really appreciate any help I'm looking for examples but I didn't find much. We are trying to choice wall paint and we want it white but there is a wide variety of white shades and I find it hard to decide without help or see examples.. we don't want it very bright so it cover the furnitures or beige shades because I don't see it suitable and will make it hard to choice the furnitures color.. The floor is grey porcelain and I add a photos of it.. if any one has any examples I would be happy cuz I didn't find. And in what color you suggest the furnitures be? I really appreciate any help, thanks in advance
