Hello, I've been using a European king size mattress (160cm width) on a Double frame (140cm) with the edges hanging off the sides. The bed I have is an old Ikea Sultan bed, with an ottoman storage. I really want to get a similar storage bed, but unfortunately Ikea stopped doing these. Instead, they now have Malm storage beds which are really bulky and ugly. Does anyone know where to find European sized ottoman storage beds, which are simple and plain? I haven't looked into continental European bed makers yet. Maybe there are some that would deliver to the UK? Many thanks for your help.

Hi there, From experience the closest to Quartz composites which look like Carrara Marble are Quartzforms Veined Michelangelo, or Unistone Bianco Carrara. We don't deal with Caeserstone too much here anymore (no reason, just so many options available we tend to pick our favourties!) but from a look through our samples Caeserstone London Grey has the look of the marble, although a little more grey overall. We would also advise strongly against putting marble in a kitchen, it is too porous and for such a large amount of money it can be damaged so easily. Generally the Quartz manufacturers are very good at imitating other stones, it won't look like a fake marble, just one that can take a bit more heavy use than marble can! Good luck!

Tani - The garden is all to the rear (outside bedroom one) and there's a driveway the whole length of the right side of the building. If I were to eventually extend I was thinking of going to the right or even building out bedroom 2 to be level with the rear of the house (it's a semi so the left is another bungalow). I'd therefore have to utilise some light from above as I'd loose the window of bedroom 2! But as Roger says I think it would be good to put the bedrooms at the front of the property and maybe having French doors or something to the garden!
