With that lovely red brick I’d go for white window frames, unless that makes your house completely different to others nearby of the same style.

Thanks Angie! we live in a road of mixed houses luckily (some modern homes, some cottages, some victorian terraces), so whatever we do it shouldnt look too out of place!

It looks like a period home? If so I would choose white, still the most popular colour. The black would sort of go, but it will be as dark and dingy as the brown, I feel. You could still have your blue door and garage.

If you're replacing the windows, I think you should replace the fascias and guttering too. They look like they've seen better days.

We will replace gutters, builder has said fascias are ok and to just paint them!

I would go with white 100%. You can add interest and colour in other ways, I think black will look too dull against the brickwork.

I wouldn't go black, it's all a matter of opinion but I really don't like the black, a house a few doors down from us went for black, looks awful in my opinion.

Our brick isn't as gorgeous as yours but is a red, we went for pale grey which we prefer to dark grey. But white is classic and you can't really go wrong with white. 

Excuse the old white porch, we will be swapping for a wood door and pitched roof porch in future.
