I would change all the fixtures to oil rubbed bronze. (shower head, faucets, etc. Something with a more modern shape to them. I would also replace the towel racks with multiple smaller racks or a line of hooks and add oil rubbed bronze over the toilet. If you must have a plant, place it on a shelf instead of having it hang over someone's head. I would also remove all the wall tiles. They look very dated and replace only the ones in the shower and around the but with something that compliments the floor, perhaps a dark brown with golden undertones in a large subway tile shape. I'd also paint he walls the same color as the floor tiles but 2 shades lighter. Change the window treatment to blinds. Add an interesting mirror over the sink that either has dark wood from or preferably no frame at all with a light on either side. Something with dangling crystals and oil rubbed bronze.

Consider whether it is possible to provide access from the rear or side. We have recently installed a bathroom where the wet room style shower was immediately in front of the bath. This required bath panel to be fully tanked but this was made possible since there was a wardrobe behind where an access panel could be installed. This would provide an uninterrupted finish to the front. In my opinion, interupting the front of the of a tiled panel with an access panel largely defeats the purpose of the tiled panel. Alternatively, I would suggest tiling panel and then applying a thin bead of silicone all round, which can easily be cut with a sharp knife without damaging the panel if access is ever required.

Your new bathroom is going to look great! We love your tile selection. If you are going to tile the wall in the darker tile, then we suggest to tile the floor in the lighter grey-but same tile style. Just to give it some contrast. And since we have noticed you have blonde hair, lighter colour on the floor will be much more grateful, otherwise, every single hair will show ;) And also, have you considered half way wall tiling and then paint in a cream colour? That would look very elegant and would feel a bit more cosy, instead of going all grey. Good luck!
