Hi,
we recently started renovating a bedroom in our Victorian terrace.
The bedroom had old clay on top of the brickwork on the party wall.
Upon removing all thst to replace with plasterboard, we found a big old crack in our party wall, in the corner where it meets our external wall.
We think this might be due to the chimney stack that’s not properly supported.
any thoughts on how to fix it?
Thanks,
Leo
