I know its not what you asked but personally I’d change the kitchen tiles, it will unify the spaces, make it feel bigger and warmer. Maybe a pale oak LVT picking up the paler tones in the walnut

Could you continue the grey tiled floor into the dining area assuming it is still available as it is rather nice? I think a continuous flooring would look so much nicer. I must say I do love that flooring in Woodfloors last picture. Beautiful.

I’d love to replace the grey tiles and have all one material but the tiles are throughout the hall and utility space and we can’t justify that at the moment.

I’ve looked and can’t find the same grey tiles anywhere either so sadly that’s not an option either - I agree the same would look better throughout.

Pale oak to pick up walnut tones is a good idea though. I’ll see if I can get some samples. Thanks!
