Hi All,
I have a small-ish mid-terrace house based in northern ireland with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main double bedroom has a built in wardrobe that connects on to a sliding built in wardrobe in the single bedroom.
As there was only 1 toilet I was thinking about adding a half bath to my built in wardrobe, take some space from the single bedroom to create a 4x4 dressing room accessed through half bath. This will make the single bedroom 9x7’ 4’’.
Would a half bath and dressing room add value to the property or will the smaller single bedroom effect the value?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Sara
