Extension options

Hi there
We have a small 2 bed end terrace (UK) 1990s construction. It's on a generous plot for the size of house. Currently has a small lean to wooden extension across the kitchen window and back door that is in bad shape, mainly used for storage and tumble drier. I work at home 4 days per week. Our small spare room is trying to be everything and it's not working right now, we have a futon in there that cannot be pulled down without disassembling the desk.
Requirements:
1) A 'spare' sleeping space that can be left set up. We both have some medical issues that are currently meaning I keep getting relegated to the couch which is not ideal! L
2) A working from home space
3) Current lean to construction on the back to be removed
Nice to haves:
1) Downstairs toilet and/or shower room and/or utility room
Options:
1) No build option would probably be a 'Study Bed in the spare room where desk contents can be left out and bed flipped down when needed.
2) A garden cabin as an office
2) Rear Extension across the back of the kitchen to incorporate a dining type space that also has a spare corner for a home office. Would free up room in kitchen to site tumble drier in there. Could also incorporate a downstairs bathroom. I believe would need some drains moving around.
3) Side extension. I would say we have a good 10ft /3m to the side. Could do a spare room/en suite to the side, which could either be used as the office or to free up the upstairs bedroom to continue to use as an office.
I've been round and round in circles and don't know what to do for the best. In an ideal world I'd have minimal disruption also. I know I'm asking for th moon on a stick..Haha!
Any ideas appreciated I'll try and post a floor plan.
Thanks
Clare
