Here's Little Sh*t looking highly unimpressed. In between coats, hence masking tape still around the doors. My sister - who disagrees with me on everything - doesn't like it. (She also wanted me to paint the woodwork, but it's oiled and I have just treated it again so paint would roll off. I don't have time to strip it all.) I tried the sage as most rooms off are white, cream, or similarly neutral. Thoughts? Should I have gone paler or darker, etc?

We used F&B Sulking Room Pink in our bedroom with the same blue, which is more a dark green in reality. Very wow, very sophisticated! We used a F&B consultant and don’t have one white ceiling in our house; we were nervous but so glad now that we took the plunge!

Do the mist coat and undercoat in white, then finish the ceiling (I assume white, but doesn't have to be) and then finish the walls. That'll leave it (almost) the same colour as ceiling - do you like it? Does it attract your eye in a bad way? If you don't like it, then paint it the same as the walls and see the difference. Worst case scenario, you have to paint it white again. I think it will visually disappear more if you paint it the wall colour, but it's good to see it both ways and it's easier to paint it white first and then add the colour.
