I’m after some advice on putting a solid roof on our wooden Amdega conservatory. We love the traditional look, but we’d like to address the fact that it gets very hot in the summer and we have had some leaks this winter. We have had a quote for a metal ’livinroof’ which should enable us to keep the apex at the front, but we are worried the plaster inside will look modern and will require an overhang at the top of the wall which will cut across the apex by 20cm. Any advice or photos from anyone who has done something similar would be great. Picture of the current space and proposed roof style.
