Maybe extend the small wall to the length of the bed and have the wardrobes against this wall, then you could have a dressing table on the otherside if you move the door to the ensuite along so the dressing table/drawers clears the entrance door. a small window if this would make the dressing area too dark?

Feng shui wise that is the absolute best position for the bed. Do you need a dressing table and a chair? Is the chair a clothes catcher? I never sit on mine and wouldn't miss it if it was gone. If you took the chair out the dressing table could move closer to the window in hte corner so better light.Also easier to access curtains/blinds on that side. Do you think you have enough wardrobe space? The ensuite entrance door is taking up a lot of space. Is there an alternative? Is the ensuite layout already fixed?

No nothing is fixed yet so ensuite can be moved. Thank you good thought about the chair

I have a slightly bonkers suggestion which would create more storage for you. Position the head of the bed in line with where you have a rug facing the window. You could build in a wall behind the bed or half wall with either cupboards or drawers on the reverse. So you would enter the bedroom into the dressing area and come around either side of the bed into the sleeping area. You would then also have a direct view out of the window - is it a nice view?

Firstly I need to address the idea of extending the short wall into the room and building wardrobes on it - that's a no. Unless you want to be waliking in on it all the time as it's side would have been the very fist thing you'd see when walking into the room.

Secondly this:

If you can alternete the walls I would streamline the design of the wardrobes/bathroom doors - get a nice simple straight wall with pocket doors in the middle, then build fitted wardrobes on either side and above the door with the wardrobes going up all the way.

If you really feel you need to have some king of partition in the room why not have a room divider instead of a wall? You can go for something freestanding (there are a lot of options at different price points out there) or have something bespoke created.

Other option is to have no partition at all but zone the bed area even further by adding a panel behind the bed. A big room divider behind the headboard or just a simple box could be enough to frame the bed and table lamps.
