basement flat redesign- ideas please

Hello, we are looking to redesign this flat space to ideally two bedrooms and a studio style open kitchen/ diner/ living room. Next to the current bedroom is a lot of dead space hallway. It is a basement flat, so light is an issue. Would also like to consider adding an ensuite. We are happy to have the drains altered to allow plumbing to be possible at the front of the property.
