partition wall - Crittal
Comments (6)Hi ShobY We supply genuine Crittall and in our mind there is simply no comparison! The quality is unmatched anywhere. We realise though that such premium quality comes at a premium price, and not everybody's budget can accomodate the cost. This is why we also offer an aluminium product that has a similar style but comes in at a lower budget. The "Heritage Aluminium" has recently been updated for internal applications, and is available in single pane configuration (rather than double glazing) so will be less bulky and even more affordable. See the Aluminium Doors and Windows page on our website where you will be able to see a few pictures of the Heritage Aluminium product range. Here is a shower cublicle we recently installed for a customer to give you an idea of the style that can be achieved... Get in touch if you would like to know more about either products, and we can give you a quote after a few simple questions to see if you want to proceed further....See MoreClever storage solutions using partition wall

Instead, I would suggest using the depth to recess a radiator, coat hooks, pull out clothes airer, ironing board, or 'peg board' that can be adapted with shelves etc. (similar to attached photo). Don't forget that the depth could be used from either side, to best suit the space....See MoreThickness of stud wall - Kitchen - W/C partition
Comments (0)Hi all I have a galley kitchen that is 3m long that then opens up into a 3m extension. I am putting in a stud wall Inuit the galley to create a W/C. I understand a reasonable width of a W/C is 80cm. I believe a standard stud wall is 10cm so I planned/hoped we would therefore be left with 210cm of the galley. But my builder says to plan for 12–15cm loss to incorporate acoustic plasterboard which the builder says is suggested for a W/C separating a kitchen. What would you do?...See MoreMoveable partition wall between kitchen and family room

We also have a case study blog for an open plan kitchen/ diner design we helped with for a customer in Ireland. I have added the link to both blogs below.
