Hi all. Do these cracks need fixing ahead of selling. If yes, what needs doing and how, and can this be done ourselves or do we need a professional. Thanks
Sorry. Should have added. A chartered surveyor has looked at this and has said it is not subsidence and is due to expansion and contraction due to sun direction
If a surveyors has said it’s not subsidence then make the report available to potential buyers early on because they might assume the worst on seeing the cracks. Might be worth repointing but fresh repointing can also look suspicious
