Tiny London Bedroom Refresh - Clever Storage + Mini Workspace Ideas!

last month

Hi Everyone! I'd love your ideas and honest feedback on refreshing my VERY small london bedroom. My goal is to turn it into a calm, grown up space that still works hard for storage and a bit of work from home life.
The challenge:
Limited floorspace - most new storage will need to wall-mounted.
Considering using the wall above the radiator (but open to smarter ideas)
I'd love to add a small desk or console wfh
What I'm keeping/changing:
Keeping the dresser (open to moving it into built in wardrobe if I can create new storage elsewhere.)
Getting rid of IKEA Lack unit
Bed is a standard double even though it looks big on pics
Vibe I'm After:
Grown up, restful, uncluttered.
Smart integrated storage
A space that looks intentionally designed, functional and calm.
Would love your thoughts on:
Best ways to add wall mounted storage without overwhelming the room.
Ideas for compact desk/vanity/console setup.
Clever ways to elevate or hide coat storage.
Whether moving the dresser into the wardrobe is worth it?
Layout tweaks that could make thr space feel bigger.
All suggestions (layout, product ideas, photos or even 'don't do that' warnings are very welcome

Can I ask if you have posted before? This room looks familiar.

Betty boo gave some good advice on this last year. I think this is what was meant by moving the bed forward. The 70cm now at the head of the bed could hold your chest of drawers or a small desk. Putting shelves over the radiator would certainly add storage - if it was cubes with doors, you could add texture and pattern with wallpaper. Curtains always add interest and a cozy feel.
