Im in Yorkshire. I’ve just completed an extension 3m x 6m including kitchen dining room knockthrough, installation of the kitchen (but not the cost of the kitchen itself), a downstairs loo and utility ’cupboard’. The cost included the doors/windows (include bifold doors), roofing roofing, plumbing etc as well as separating out the existing living dining area to make a separate living space. It didn’t include fitting the flooring which ran through the new extension into the hall. I was quoted £75k - the most expensive of the three quotes i had but not by much. Costs round here are crazy but i was really happy with the builders and their work and I’m very happy with the results, For what it’s worth, i spent £20k on the kitchen, appliances and flooring and a further £3k on decorating (all of downstairs and the stairs and landing).
