We'll be keeping the garden really simple - green grass - with lots of space for football and a playhouse / climbing frame etc. A little bit of gardening in terms of flowers but not much

Nice American veranda - we won't have the space for this but again we like that transition space between the outdoor and the indoor for seating

Same here - almost like the outside is inside. But we don't like anything that looks like the pillar in the middle - seems to be solving a structural challenge - we'd like to avoid this if we could
