We purchased this tile for our kitchen and guest bathroom floor. After reading the reviews, I made sure that the amount of tile we needed was from the same "lot" as most people suggested. We had it professionally installed, so I cannot comment on the easy of cutting and installing. The installers didn't seem to run into any issues from what I observed during installation. We went with "warm gray" grout color and I'm thrilled with the final result (grout also from lowes).
