In summer, our bodies seem to finally relax and connect as an active participant in the world around us – think splashing in a pool, reading a book in a hammock or enjoying a cold drink on the patio. The feeling of summer can spring up anywhere there’s sunshine, warm weather, a great view, a cold mass of water and that sense a day can last an eternity if you just sit back and let it.
