Where it began
Rose’s interior design journey began more than 14 years ago in Iran, where she was living at the time. After initially following a career path in computer science, she soon found her passion for interior design and retrained in this field. However, it wasn’t until she had the opportunity to design a show home, that she discovered her true calling for conceiving luxury interiors with an English flair.
“I could see my interior design style evolving into a contemporary take on timeless English style, yet with a sophisticated and luxurious element,” Rose says. “I knew I had to continue my passion for interior design, so I made the brave decision to move to the UK to pursue this dream, surrounded by the rich history, architecture and art of London.”
Rose’s diverse background has proved to be one of her biggest assets, with friends introducing her to international clients keen to work with an interior designer with global experience.

Finding a niche
After gaining experience working for a couple of different design companies in the UK, Rose noticed a gap in the market for offering clients a uniquely tailored and streamlined approach from conception to completion.
“I began posting my previous work and creative inspirations on social media, not knowing the impact it would have, but eventually I got my first project,” she says. “It was at that point I knew I had something unique to offer and, most importantly, I was able to manage and lead a project from start to finish.”
By networking at prominent events and asking for referrals, Rose’s client base grew and eventually she decided to open offices in Kensington. “I value the relationships I have with my clients and staff and it’s this strong foundation that has allowed us to grow,” she says. “My amazing team are vital to our success, and we now have many beautiful projects across the UK and internationally.”
Here are a few tips from Rose on how to propel your own home to the next level of luxury.

Here are a few tips from Rose on how to propel your own home to the next level of luxury.
1. Hire an interior designer earlier than you think
Rose’s top tip is to involve an interior designer right at the beginning of a project, even before speaking to the architect. “Often, interior designers see things differently to architects – they see the family’s lifestyle and needs, not just the physical building,” she says.
Rose was involved in this country mansion’s renovation from the outset. “Originally, this room was dark and somewhat awkward, with a sloping ceiling and uneven walls,” she says. “We reworked the layout early in the project, so we knew where the bath and shower would be best sited. We also used floor-to-ceiling [marble-effect] porcelain tiles to keep costs down but also achieve to a high-end result.”
Hiring an expert in high-end residential and tailored interior design is a game-changer when it comes to creating a decadent home. Having extensive experience of working with the very best contractors, the highest-quality materials and high-profile clients gives a luxury interior designer a certain edge when it comes to conceiving the look and feel of an exclusive home.

2. Apply a consistent style throughout
High-end, luxury design doesn’t have to mean rooms adorned with gold and glitz. In fact, it’s often the opposite – chic, balanced spaces that feel cohesive, timeless and sophisticated.
“For a smart, opulent feel, there should be one style that’s consistent throughout the house,” Rose says. “We add touches of interest to each room according to the brief and practicality of the room, by using a pop of colour and textures. However, an elegant home has the same cohesive style all the way through.”
In this contemporary country home, Rose showcases functionality without sacrificing elegance by introducing subtle earthy tones to each room and creating a uniformity throughout that’s calming and balanced.

3. Invest in materials
Want to ensure your home stands the test of time? Invest in high-quality fabrics for any upholstery to ensure durability for many years, Rose suggests. “We use fabrics with an abrasion rub test count of over 100,000, which is incredibly premium,” she says. “This makes the furniture we select easy to clean and supremely robust for busy family homes.”
One such busy home was this house in London’s South Kensington. The listed property consisted of six bedrooms and living spaces. “As well as elegant, grown-up spaces, the homeowner required cosy family rooms where they could hang out with the children, so we designed a casual TV room with a sofa in a high-performance fabric that’s a breeze to wipe down,” she says.
“We stuck to a neutral colour palette with pops of spring colour and organic accessories for their serene appeal,” she adds.
Bespoke furniture, such as media units and wardrobes, can also add a highly luxurious, individual feel and the convinience of storage space
