"There is nothing more organic and natural looking in my opinion that the beautiful Stark V "vortex" basin mixer which we put in the guest shower room. Because this is a room which everybody uses, we wanted something which had a "wow" factor and it works every time!"

This new build is situated in a leafy suburb of Leicestershire and features an open plan, spacious kitchen, dining and snug opening out onto landscaped gardens. The brief, to create a contemporary main kitchen with island and drop down table is designed with Silver Grey and Polar White doors both in gloss finish. They marry perfectly with Silestone Yukon Quartz for the stunning Island coupled with 30mm White Macubus Quartzite to create the drop down seating area. The Spice Kitchen is designed with Cream doors and Cosmic Gold Granite surfaces. To the rear is the utility in the same specification. The area is completed with stunning Porcelain flooring throughout.

A full renovation of 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms apartment, including bedroom design and planning, repositioning the old bathroom and creating the second en-suite, kitchen design and lighting, adding new hallway storage and fitting bespoke wardrobes. Also: replacing floors, windows and bespoke large island. Traditional detailing of sash windows, victorian fireplace, shaker style cabinetry, chevron wood floor, well mixed together with contemporary furniture and art. Lighting design implemented to improve apartment's atmosphere and to create airy, spacious and light fee of the space.

Structural glass link was installed to this new build home to beautifully connect two sides of the property. The minimal windows® Vitra Pivot door were installed to create beautifully uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape.

This dining area featured Sieger slim sliding door and Sieger 40 roof lantern. The two-track sliding door and three- track sliding door meet at the corner creating a wide opening and allowed fresh air to flow through. The Sieger 40 Lantern Rooflight features elegant, slim aluminium frames to create a beautiful influx of natural light within properties.

Mikado is a mixture of lines and planes that produce a fluctuating movement in space creating simple or complex geometric figures. The various linear or circular pendant versions allow different degrees of customization and elaboration of the frame: simple and minimalist or complex and eccentric thanks to the overlapping planes at asymetric heights. The LED sources are enclosed inside of conical metallic elements, available also with satin blown glass diffusers.

The wine cellar in this Scarborough features the LuxR Modux 2 Wall Washer that creates a subtle wash of light with excellent beam uniformity.
