We have now completed our 2nd bathroom project with bathrooms by design and once again a faultless end to end service. Thank you Chris and the team.

We used BathroomsbyDesign to completely redo our downstairs bathroom and from start to finish it was faultless!

Bathrooms By Design is a class act. Stuart in the Richmond Branch was extremely efficient in helping us choose a perfect bathroom. His advice was spot on, and we are delighted with the result. The products are of the highest quality and all our dealings with the company have been excellent. Our building company was Martix Ltd. I can thoroughly recommend them. Ivan’s team are very professional and their work is to the highest standard.

Visited the Fulham showroom as well as virtual meetings and had a good experience throughout the design process. Tile selection was pretty limited but they stock good quality products (Bette baths, crosswater taps, as well as some brands that I'm pretty sure they manufacture themselves so watch out for that). Post-sale the experience got much worse. Ultimately half of of the products I ordered for my new bathroom weren't delivered on the agreed delivery date with no prior notification. I ended up with trades people on site without the ordered products to fit leading to the whole project being delayed and costing me significantly more as I had to pay for additional days of labour. Bathrooms by design were a nightmare to get hold of (especially the delivery/logistics team) often rude when I did manage to speak to them as they didn't take any responsibility for the delays and never followed through with the promise of a feedback/follow up chat to discuss the issues and provide appropriate compensation. The 3D design service is quite helpful but not worth it, you can get the same products and much better customer service (and probably better price...) elsewhere. Avoid if you can, really disappointing!

I honestly can't fault my experience with Bathrooms By Design, it all started when I messaged online and spoke to a real person which assisted me throughout the process. When I went into the Brentford showroom, I was amazed at the quality of displays which helped me no end in designing my bathroom. They created such a bespoke design using VR software which really helped me visualizer the creation. I can't recommend them enough, I want to get another bathroom so I can use them again!

I spent over £12,000 with Bathrooms By Design and have had no end for problems with the items I purchased; from Axor to less high end brands. I would not recommend this company. I am still trying to get the faulty products replaced, they have a very drawn out process to get everything sorted out. It has cost me hundreds of pounds in extra visits from the plumber replacing these products. Deliveries take longer than expected.

I highly recommend Batroomsby Design, they are by far the most professional business I have worked with on my house re-decoration. I had 3 bathrooms designed and all parts and stock has been of a top quality and always on time. The advice and assistance I have received during the process has been excellent. We had few little issues to be dealt with and the help we received from Saida, Rubi and Chris is something we can't praise enough. This is what a true and excellent customer service is about. Thank you, it has been a real pleasure working with you!

i found I must message you to praise the team, in particular Hish, Rubi and Mohammad. We purchased 3 bathrooms from them and are so pleased with the plans Hish did for us. I know things don't always go right in the bathroom business, having worked in it for 25years myself, but the after sales service from Mohammad and Rubi was brilliant, credit to their customer relations. I love my new shower room. Rupert especially was brilliant, he designed it so well. Everything arrived in perfect time and even though there was one Tiny break, Rupert arranged a replacement immediately. I love the design and love my new shower room. Great design service and super helpful, until you agree to buy from them. I've lost count of the number of issues we have had after we paid. Failed to deliver the items. Gave our tiles to someone else which they promised to keep stocked, causing weeks of delays. Very unresponsive, 3-4 emails before they bother replying. Sent us lots of broken items. We are still waiting for lots of item almost 8 months after placing the order. I would never ever use this company again after the amount of stress they have and are still causing us. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere

Had possibly the worst retail experience ever with their fulham branch. After they accepted over £11,000 of our money, we had to chase them up on when items would be delivered after a week. The salesperson fobbed us off, and told us to contact their delivery team. That was warning sign one. 25% price increase after initial quote, less than 4 weeks after quotation. Warning sign 2. Items that were meant to be delivered weren’t, tiles never got delivered, one excuse after another. Two bathtubs got delivered, which weren’t what we ordered. Sinks got delivered without tap holes and we were told that’s how they come and we had to drill own holes. When you’re mid build and you have to chase up a supplier, when you have workers on site, and they don’t respond you end up paying people to sit around and you end up with project delays. Have now been waiting over 10 days for a refund of the tiles not delivered, and bathroom rails not delivered. Having sent three chasing emails, as well as 10 emails over missing goods, we are now having to chargeback to reclaim our money. Before using them, bear in mind that we paid for items at start of February. Here we are in April having gone elsewhere for tiles out of frustration and lack of trust and they still don’t have the decency to apologise and refund us. Not even talking about compensation. We used the Richmond branch and Roxanne to design our bathroom and received excellent service and advice. She guided me through the process and kept in close contact to make sure that everything ran smoothly through to installation. As we didn't have a builder in place, she recommended several local firms and amended the quote easily as we made some adjustments. We would definitely recommend them and have already to friends!

We worked with Bathrooms by Design to design the first of three bathrooms for a house renovation. The service was outstanding throughout the process and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask for their help with the remaining bathrooms in this house and for future projects. In particular, we wanted to highlight: •Excellent design service – our designer produced a fantastic design that was spot on what we asked for, introducing ideas that we hadn’t thought of ourselves! •High quality products. •Pre-sales / sales team experience was excellent. •Aftersales technical team were great – on a couple of occasions our on-site team had technical queries about products and we were able to get hold of technical help quickly. This was much appreciated by our installers. •Competitive pricing to our budget. We had a couple of issues during the process – e.g. a few incompatible and faulty products were delivered – however, once the issue was brought to their attention the Bathrooms by Design customer service team was excellent in finding a solution by rapidly sending out replacement products to us. We felt well looked after and confident that, should any issues occur in the future (e.g. a product developing a fault within its warranty period), they would do all they can to help us again. We were really impressed with Bathrooms by Design right from the beginning of our experience with them. The planning stage was excellent and Stuart really helped us understand and bring to life our new bathroom - we loved the virtual 3D software in particular! We were supported to stay within our budget and make choices which would be high quality but wouldn’t break the bank. We were promptly put in touch with Henning and his team at Protea Home Developers who oversaw the installation and made sure everything went smoothly. The finished bathroom is stunning and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Highly recommend Bathrooms by Design. The whole experience was excellent, from the 3-D design software to Chris our fantastic designer. Chris spent a lot of time making sure the design was right for us and would fit our budget. It was great that we could visualise what the new bathrooms would look like and every detail was covered. I was worried that the products would be out of our price range but Chris got us great prices too. He also recommended fantastic bathroom fitters who were a pleasure to have in the house and did a brilliant job for us.

Really can't recommend the team more - Roxanne dealt with me and was amazing from start to finish - from design through to delivery and beyond (with multiple changes as things moved a bit from our side but this was no issue at all for them to sort). She really knows her stuff and will gently ensure you're doing what is right for your space. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with Bathroom by Design in Richmond. We were looked after from the moment we stepped through the door by Roxanne who was fantastic a true professional. Every item we purchased is of the highest quality and the customer service we received through the whole process was second to none.

From initial design through to installation and beyond, the customer service offered by this company is second to none. Excellent design service from the Richmond branch; both remotely and face to face. Several designs were proposed that I was able to view in 3D via the BBD app. It was never too much trouble to tweak the designs. The designers have considerable technical and product expertise, so I felt comfortable with their recommendations and advice. Products are offered from a wide variety of well known manufacturers and pricing is always highly competitive. The quotation included everything necessary to complete my project. The ordering and delivery process was efficient; dealing with the people at the warehouse in Brentford was always easy and pleasant. The after sales support, especially during installation, was outstanding. E-mails were always answered swiftly. I urgently needed a couple of additional items which were provided without a fuss. Finally, the returns policy is more flexible than other suppliers I have used.

Very friendly and professional service received. Our designer Roxanne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and she made the process of designing our bathroom space a real joy and pleasure (I had expected it to be stressful and difficult with everything having to be online). However, the online session with Roxanne ran smoothly, and wasn't stressful at all. Prices were competitive and the range of products was impressive. Unfortunately our location made it difficult to find a fitter and so we had to leave our project at the design stage on this particular occasion. If you are in the catchment area for a fitter, I'd definitely recommend Bathrooms By Design.

Initially drove past the Fulham showroom and decided to drop in with my en-suite bathroom measurements. Staff really friendly and Rupert designed me a fabulous bathroom and separate steam room. I was amazed at how he managed to fit all of it in the space! The luxury bathroom turned out amazing and is the centrepiece of the house! Price wise I would say very competitive, delivery and after service also impeccable. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely use again. Thank Team.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Bathrooms by Design. Roxanne, our designer, was really amazing and made the process of choosing and designing three bathrooms incredibly easy. She was able to quickly pinpoint what we were looking for in each element and expertly guided us to three different bathroom designs taking into account some quite difficult measurements and spaces. Her builder suggestion for installation was absolutely expert as well and we were very pleased with their professionalism and exacting standards in adhering to the design and installing the products. We are so happy with our choices and grateful to Roxanne’s expertise in particular, and we are delighted to recommend the entire Bathrooms by Design team.

I’ve received great service from Roxanne at Bathrooms by Design. She patiently spent a LOT of time going through several versions/edits of bathroom designs until we got it right for me, would follow up with me but was never pushy, was knowledgable, responsive and prompt when I needed follow up advice and ultimately could also back the fantastic service up with pricing that was competitive with the market. I liked being able to talk to someone easily at any time and the delivery team were also really easy/prompt to get hold of to follow up deliveries. I would use them again and would happily recommend their services/products.

What a genuinely pleasant experience this was. We were looking to rennovate two bathrooms and a small cloackroom. We had been nervous throughout the search about whether it would be possible to do this on our budget to a high standard. Roxanne who helped us map our design all online, with 3D modelling of what this would look like, made the whole thing easy. I really enjoyed working through the design, our preferences, what might be nice to go with the tiles, particular finishes and taps/sinks. Roxanne was also instrumental in helping us find a fitter - Ivan - who was also outstanding. Very professional and guarantees the quality of his work to the highest standards. The materials all arrived ahead of installation, with some small parts needing to be ordered mid-way through the installation. I really could not speak more highly of the service we have received. Great design experience and the service was professional and helpful. I had a remote meeting in lockdown to create the design and that same day was provided with 3D images of our new bathrooms via their brilliant app. My thanks to Roxanne for her initiative, patience and spot on advice and for staying in touch, listening to our ever-changing needs, and making so many helpful suggestions!

I worked with Roxanne on our bathroom remodel. I wasn’t planning on using a design service (thinking I could do myself) but one day I just popped in to the Richmond showroom when I was walking passed and I’m so glad I did, as I couldn’t recommend their products and Roxanne’s service enough. It is obvious she knows exactly what she’s doing by how efficient she can recommend products that will suit your space, like the double-ended shower bath and totally fold-away-able shower screen, which I love. She has been extremely professional throughout the whole process, including during pandemic times. If you want a designer who isn’t overbearing, and just gets the job done in an efficient, friendly and professional manner then Roxanne is the one for you. Also, she introduced me to Henning at Protea Home Developers who I also found a complete breeze to work with when coordinating the installation. We worked with Bathrooms by Design on the remodel of our house in SW London. Initially we had a designer draw up some ideas for three bathrooms and a cloakroom. None of the proposals did, however, hit the mark. We then discussed our ideas and requirements with Rupert and his team in the Fulham store. Rupert did a fantastic job in designing and supplying beautiful and highly usable bathrooms for our project. From concept to delivery, the BbD team is very experienced, highly knowledgeable, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with.

I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service we received from Bathrooms by Design, particularly Roxanne, one of their designers. Her communication was excellent and her attention to detail and creative flare exceptional. The bathroom she designed for us looked amazing. It's also worth noting that this was all happening during lock-down for Covid-19 and we were without a bathroom, Roxanne worked hard to put together a bathroom that was not only in stock, but met our expectations and tight timelines. Roxanne is an asset to their team.

Great experience during design and showroom experience, good product range, good quality, app allows you to see different tiles and layouts of potential bathroom to help make decisions. Once delivered we decided to exchange and return some of the items due to them not working for us. Ray from the after sales department was so helpful in making the process as stress free as possible, polite and the phone and very proactive. Without Ray on our side I honestly don't think we would've reached the solution we did in the timeframe we did. Every customer service department needs a Ray! Would buy from Bathrooms by Design again in the future.

What a great experience from start to finish, the designers really care about exploring the different possibilities, and being able to see those possibilities in 3D right away was the game changer. Bathroom by design pride themselves on being with you every step of the way and having the best aftersales care in the industry. This is laughable. If you are looking for a bathroom company that have lovely swanky showrooms and very charming designers with the worst aftersales care then this is the company for you. We met Nina in the Fulham branch and asked for help with the design of four bathrooms. I was a pretty easy customer, Nina even commented that she wishes all her clients were like me. I made quick decisions and put too much trust in her. After two meetings I was happy to proceed and paid half of a pretty hefty sum. Not long after I had a pretty urgent email asking for the rest of my money, if I didn’t pay then my items couldn’t be ordered. I was also assured that every box would be clearly labelled with the item and bathroom number. Amazing. No problem I thought, I wanted everything in the warehouse for when my builders wanted it. Now it all changed, they had my money, the charm vanished, she had her commission. We have not had one correct delivery. Wrong sinks, missing tap holes, tiles from Italy green not pink. Eventually when the pink arrived a box of tiles was broken. Traps that were totally the wrong size, missing waste, broken floor tiles, no labels on boxes, boxes addressed to other customers, missing shower screen, The list goes on. I asked if someone could come out and help sort through the mess but no. I had to spend hours photographing and sorting and my builders couldn’t complete one bathroom as there was issues everywhere. Our project is delayed. When everything started going wrong, Nina put me in touch with Sam the CEO. Things got worse. You would imagine that customer satisfaction was high on his list. He essentially denied all responsibility. I think when someone has spent over 20k then someone could have done a home visit to right this company’s wrong and they should certainly offer compensation. If you want a company to sell you the world and fail to deliver the goods in every way then this is the company for you. I don’t want anyone to experience what I have

Rupert in the Fulham showroom was really helpful on the few times we visited ahead of purchasing the bathroom. The design service was great, and being able to see the 3d visuals in VR was a nice touch. Throughout the installation, Rupert was on hand and responsive to any queries we had. Now that it's all installed, we can see that the quality of the fittings and tiles is really good, and we are very happy with it.

Nina at BathroomsByDesign was amazing. She was full of inspiration and great ideas and helped us design and pick everything for our new bathroom to suit our budget, from tiles to toilet-roll holder. The 3D app they use is really clever and helps visualize the room at an early stage, useful for the builders also. The range of goods is also impressive, pretty much anything you want, all at very competitive prices. We would definitely use BathroomsByDesign again and would recommend them to anybody

Bathroom by Design have supplied us with all the fittings for two bathrooms and a wc. Throughout the planning, design, selection and delivery process We were superbly supported by Lara Rabban and her colleagues, notably Rubi Khan. One small reservation. Delivery of goods was incomplete once or twice but it was always put right quickly. Checking the list is advised by BdD and we didn’t. The positives, however, far outweighed this. Three deserve particular mention. The showrooms are excellent, the choice of fittings is extensive and they are very well priced. Second, the design work Lara patiently and skillfully undertook really helped us get to the right place. She was very focussed and well informed. Thirdly, despite many changes and adjustments, BbD always accepted them, behaved flexibly and allowed us to swap, deduct or add items. Given the complexities of building projects, that was a life saver. Jeremy Brown

We went to few bathroom companies before we went to bathroom by designs, we chose bathroom by design as they are the best out of all we visited. Rupert took his time to explain and designed our bathroom perfectly. all their product are good quality and we found them even cheaper than other stores. their after sale service is very good, when my bathroom was being done I called Rupert few times and he was very helpful. I give them 5 star.

I visited four different bathroom companies before using BathroomsByDesign to supply our four bathrooms and one cloakroom. Rupert in particular was absolutely brilliant. His industry knowledge, experience and flexibility meant he was able to provide the best advice on what would work best given the space and tile colour. All the bathrooms were being built from scratch so presented challenges in that dimensions were changing as the house build progressed. But Rupert was more than happy to chop and change products accordingly. Excellent customer service and Rupert genuinely cares about the end result. We are absolutely delighted with our bathrooms and the service we received.

We used Bathrooms By Design to help us completely redesign both our master ensuite and main family bathrooms. The master ensuite in particular was a very tricky room, being both small and awkwardly shaped, and we were at a loss for how to make the best use of the space. Having the professional and friendly assistance of Bathrooms By Design to help make the world of difference. Rupert was incredibly patient, working hard to get the design right, and helping me make the right choices of fittings and materials. Then, when it came to the fitting, everything worked so smoothly - deliveries were well communicated, minor issues and easily resolved with no hassle, and the ability for our fitter to liaise directly with Bathrooms By Design made the whole process as pain-free as possible. Bathrooms By Design are not a budget choice - but we did find the value extremely good considering the quality of the bathrooms we have. They are absolutely beautiful, and make me happy every time I walk into the room!

We cannot recommend Bathrooms By Design enough. From the planning to the design service, and from the ordering and through the install, they were brilliant. Our consultant was Jacob at Richmond. We booked in an appointment and before going in, we sent a plan across with existing layout and dimensions. Our bathroom was 25 years old and was really tired. By the time we got in later that afternoon, Jacob had drawn up a 3D plan of our existing bathroom. It was really accurate! Over the course of two weekend sessions, we designed the bathroom. Jacob laid out a couple of alternatives and came up with a skeleton of what the bathroom could look like – at which point it started to get real. Together we walked through a whole variety of colours, materials, fixtures and fittings. There was nothing that was left “unthought” about and the attention to detail was incredible. We then went through a an exercise to ensure that the design and our choices fell in budget. The pricing is really competitive. Once I had a quite with a bill of materials, I went through each item in the list to see if I could source them elsewhere myself at a batter price. I could not – not even for a single item. Jacob also recommended an installer who called and came out to see us the day after our design was confirmed. This was David from DJ Dean Plumbing and Heating, who we would also recommend wholeheartedly. Full bathroom rip out and install within two weeks and did a brilliant high quality job as you can see from the pictures. Overall, BBD, Jacob and David were fantastic and we are delighted with the finished article.

BathroomsByDesign in Richmond supplied everything to us for three new bathrooms and a WC, offering a very good integrated service at a fair price. They worked hard for us, so thanks to Jacob and Julia in the showroom for putting the specs and 3D layouts together and others on the supply side for getting products on site at the right time. It makes a lot of sense when buying complete bathrooms to do it this way.

Initially I was just doing one bathroom and it turned into two. On both bathrooms I used Bathrooms by Design because their service was brilliant. They bought my ideas to life with the modern software they use, which was instrumental guide to my builders. Jacob worked with me for both projects. I never felt rushed, and he took great consideration in getting my design right. I never felt he was trying to 'make a sale' or pushing me to buy more, each suggestion was considered and recommended for my benefit, and he was able to offer some great products and prices - so value and quality was assured. After sales service was also very good. I would recommend Bathrooms By Design and Jacob without hesitation.

We recently refurbished two bathrooms and a cloakroom with the support of the Richmond Showroom of Bathrooms by Design. We received excellent suggestions on the overall design and products from Jacob Dean backed up by a good level of service from Simon and his colleagues in distribution. Firstly, Jacob spent several hours with us in order to design the layouts and select and cost the best options for the main products required (shower equipment, toilet, vanity basin and unit, etc) while maintaining a uniform style. The final design plans were detailed enough to be used directly by our builder to install the complete bathroom. Secondly, in practice, it is almost inevitable that even the best laid plans cannot foresee all the real-life aspects that can occur during an installation and some products had to be substituted. This was another area where Bathrooms by Design came through for us. They were flexible in substituting products and in reimbursing price differences where applicable. Finally, competitive pricing was an important criterion in choosing Bathrooms by Design. We did our research on competitors and finally opted for them based on a mix of price, design capability and product range. We were very pleased with the outcomes and would highly recommend Bathrooms by Design.

Highly recommend BathroomsByDesign. We worked with Rupert and he was excellent throughout: from helping select products from their showroom through recommending solutions to bespoke plumbing and design challenges and finding technical or additional information from suppliers where needed - which made working with the plumber and builders even smoother. He was always quick to respond to questions and the customer service was excellent, including tracking orders and exchanging items if necessary. Moreover the products were good value for money: high quality, stylish and better prices than we could find online, often even when price comparing lesser quality products. One of the very best suppliers we worked with on our whole-house renovation.

We got an excellent advice and service. Rupert gave us really good ideas and our two bathrooms ( one in the loft and wet room ) are amazing. I have had the pleasure in dealing with Rupert at Bathroom By Designs who helped me with the bathrooms and En-suite designs on two major projects we have had done on my house....this included designing and supplying everything we required for one main bathroom, and three en-suites. I have to say Bathroom By Design, especially Rupert have been outstanding...... delivered a service which I have say has been second to none. Would I recommend...absolutely!!

From our initial visit to the Brentford showroom to the delivery of our orders, we have received expert advice and time with Rupert on all our designs. His guidance and expertise has given us quality products with a look that is contemporary and timeless. We had 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom designed and they are all completely different which we absolutely love. Throughout we worked with Rupert's team, Sal and Raj and the fabulous Rubi who made every effort to make the entire process as stress free as possible. Bathrooms by Design enabled us to achieve the bathroom we had planned for ages. We wanted a lot out of a small space. Rupert took our ideas on board and professionally advised on and supplied fittings and sanitary ware that look fantastically "spa-like" and are of a very high quality. He was happy to store everything until we had finished our building work so we would not lose out on the great deals they were offering at the time. We had already purchased wash basins from an on line company but they were useless, but Rupert came to the rescue and they were replaced in no time at all. The bathroom is superb and BBD really know their products.

Rupert was really helpful when we were designing two bathrooms and a new WC. He took the time to suggest items that worked but which also fitted the style and design we were going for in each. When it came to the fit out he also sorted out various issues we had really quickly. I’d definitely use them again.

I went to the Richmond showroom and Rupert worked with my floor plan to come up with a plan for my ensuite. I wanted it turned into a wet-room to make us of the small space. Their prices for quality German and Swiss brands are fantastic (I could not find them cheaper elsewhere, I did try looking!) Rupert & Rubi (in after-sales) were both fantastic all the way though. As they only supply the bathroom there were a few issues with wrong parts etc however BathroomsByDesign were always reasonable and helped me resolve any problems. I'm left with a bathroom which guests describe as like a hotel and I'm sure when I'll use them again in the future.

Stay well clear! They delivered incorrect tiles, despite being correct on the delivery note. When we halted work to get them removed, BBD didn't want to know. Refused to accept responsibility for their picking error & suggested I should have opened all 30 boxes & checked the colour. Unbelievably, the wrong basin was also delivered (again correct on the manifest) and installed before we noticed. This caused massive stress, delays & ultimately left a bad taste in the mouth. BBD refused to accept any responsibility & have offered no compensation.

Great pre-sales service. Loved their VR service and the salesman was courteous and not pushy and really understood what we wanted. Unfortunely all this was undone by poor after sales service. Tried to get the bathroom delivered and delivery department is difficult to get hold of. You get through to a call answering service which promises a call back which doesn’t happen. Finally got the delivery organised but they didn’t call to take the final payment until 4pm the business day before (2 weeks later) saying that they couldn’t deliver unless the were paid that day.

This has to be my first bad review of any company and I am sad to write this. I initially thought the design service was fantastic, however a mistake was made and no fault was accepted by Bathrooms By Design. We had a large order and our items took months to be delivered; we have only just received the final item some four and a half months later and we’ve had to chase every step of the way. Would not use again.

This is the second bathroom I've bought from Bathrooms By Design and there's a good reason I keep coming back. From friendly innovative design to quick efficient delivery, their service is brilliant. The quality of their products is extremely high and their range has something to suit every budget. I would highly recommend them and only wish I had another bathroom!

Excellent service from Chris A on the design and selection of the 4 bathrooms we needed completely replacing. Chris was extremely professional, responded very quickly and provided the best price available on the items we selected. This shop only deals in quality materials so they don't do cheap bathrooms, but they do give the best deals for the items selected.

Jacob worked with us over a number of sessions to get the design just right, he was a pleasure to deal with and the end result was almost identifcal to the design on the VR viewer. Highly recommend using bathroomsbydesign they were really professional.

I am delighted with my new bathroom and also with the speed and efficiency of the installation. After calling into the shop and deciding on the layout and items for the bathroom, I contacted one of the recommended installers. It all moved swiftly and they were able to fit me in so I could have my new bathroom in time for Christmas. Very helpful and with a great range of designs and styles to choose from. I recommend a visit to the showroom to see the quality of the fittings.

The service is excellent, the quality is very good and the team are very helpful and knowledgeable. Rupert was of great help in designing a full bathroom. Great attention to details, a lot of detailed and specific observations to ensure that everything is covered. He was very patient and helpful while I made so many changes and various visits. We went in with minimal ideas except that we wanted a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Chris was excellent at determining our wants, needs and tastes. The experience could’ve been overwhelming, however he gave us clear and concise direction. We now have a high end bathroom at competitive prices. End to end experience was excellent! We thoroughly recommend!

Julia was very helpful, professional and nothing was too much to ask. She gave us loads of options to work with and loads of new ideas that we hadn’t thought of. Julia even sacrificed her weekend to visit and show us the designs, which was above and beyond. When I moved into my house the bathrooms were the first thing on my list to do. They were just thrown in by the builder with no thought to actual use, and they had carpet on the floor! Working with Bathrooms By Design was easy, Julia understood exactly why I wanted to change them and what I wanted to achieve, helping me understand what we could potentially do to get the most out of a really limited space. Julia gave a truly friendly experience and was always at the end of the phone to talk things over and send plans back and forth before I finally placed and order. Delivery was prompt and convenient, allowing me to fit it around my work commitments, and when a single box of tiles were found broken they were replaced without fuss, making sure the bathrooms weren't delayed. To help the bathroom refurb go smoothly Julia even made herself available on the phone to my fitter, to answer any questions when I was unavailable and helping respond to changes as unexpected issues came up. All in the service from Bathrooms By Design helped me achieve a truly high quality bathroom with a stylish finish, and took my bathroom from glum to glam that now gets referred to as "like a high end hotel bathroom". For stylish design, friendly service, quality products and great value I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I'm even now doing a second bathroom at the moment with their help.

Generally quite good and helpful. Good at helping you design the bathroom. A shower screen was ordered on their suggestion which didn’t fit in the space due to a sloping roof which cost us dearly. They did have the plans so would have expected them to asses the situation as they are the experts. Due to the size of our project, this was not picked up in time so be warned!!

Friendly staff and welcoming place in Brentford to dream about your future bathroom special enough to hang out and relax. Their bespoke software effortlessly designed something I was quick to sign on to, especially after the virtual reality experience. However, it was confusing to learn that one missing item held up finishing the bathroom on time. Great coffee, chocolate cake and attentive staff though.

The first time we used Bathrooms by Design was around 2-3 years ago, as they supplied a specific bathtub we were after. Since then it was a real pleasure working with them, their sales, logistic and aftersales are extremely helpful and will never leave any request/ question or query unattended. Quotations are prepared quickly, deliveries are organised promptly and in case there is an issue with missing parts from the manufacturer or any other little bits and pieces that need to be sorted out, the aftersales team is doing magic in regards to this. Very pleased with their service.

A friend recommended Bathrooms By Design to us and when we visited the showroom we immediately saw how superior the range of products were. We felt a little intimated by the grandeur because our bathroom is pretty modest by comparison to the bathrooms being marketed but the sales assistant quickly put us at ease and recommended a lovely bathroom suite and eye catching fitments and fittings. It was obviously more expensive than a run of the mill DIY store but we thought that given the cost of getting the bathroom fitted it would be money well spent. Unfortunately the bathroom fitter was not of the same quality and whilst the work was aesthetically pleasing there were a number of pretty serious problems with the functionality. When the fitter did a disappearing act we were left with a leak that meant the shower could not be used because the room below would flood. We felt despondent that we’d spent a lot of money on a bathroom and had a serious problem. Very fortunately Bathrooms By Design acted with amazing integrity and because the bathroom fitter had been one of their recommended fitters they took full ownership of the problem for us and organised for another fitter to rectify the problem (and also removed the original fitters details from their recommended fitters). So in short, Bathrooms by Design not only supplied us with an excellent bathroom suite, they stepped in when we encountered a problem and reacted with total professionalism and commitment to resolve it.

We had our main bathroom re-designed by Bathrooms ByDesign a while back and they were fantastic from start to finish! We were dreading re-doing it but they made the whole process easy and stress-free. They carried out a free home survey which meant when we visited the showroom they already had a design spec'd out for us - whilst it wasn't what we went for, it showed us they were the real deal! They even kept hold of some of our items at their warehouse until we were ready to receive them.

The service was excellent, from helping me design my bathrooms, helping me choose the products, which were excellent quality at competitive prices to the delivery of the items.

We used Bathrooms by Design after a personal recommendation. From the first phone call to the final installation the service was top quality both in the shop and by all the amazing staff behind the scenes. The bathroom we have now after the full redevelopment is brilliant. A useable space that we enjoy being in each morning and evening, and one that would not have happened without Bathrooms by Designs and the quality staff and products they have.

Bathroom by Design helped us completely redesign our bathroom and we found their service and products to be of excellent quality. They came promptly to take the measurements and within a week we received a digital drawing taking all our requirements into account. They patiently refined it until we were completely happy. We did not choose our tiles there but they also have a huge range to choose from. They were on schedule and waited for our builders to be ready before they organised the delivery of the items. They did not fit the bathroom for us but their customer service is superb. We had to exchange our bathtub as the one we got delivered was not the size we expected, and it was managed swiftly and efficiently - all in all a hassle free experience from a their Richmond team.

we used BathroomsByDesign for our loft conversion. it was great to have their input at the start of the built and plans could be adjusted to make the best use of the space. we were so pleased that we did our family bathroom as soon as the loft was completed. Alex gave brilliant advice, and was so patient and helpful.

Friendly, professional, approachable staff. Great initial design, which proved to be hugely successful in its realisation [Julia Bunbury's ideas]. Very helpful to see it in 3D. Everything delivered on time. A few hiccups with payment. but all resolved amicably. Lights wrongly supplied, but also resolved successfully. Good advice on the size and style of toilet and basin, which we followed and found to be correct! Only slight criticism - felt a little rushed in the choosing furniture/fittings stage, but this is probably ultimately because I like to be the designer, and need to have endless time considering, rejecting, replacing and finalising design ideas! All in all, extremely pleased with the look and feel of out new shower room!

Julia was a great help with my project from start to finish, certainly exceeded my expectations. I would happily recommend her and her company to anybody.....
