I contacted ARCO for the task of replacing some existing sash and casement windows with new, double glazing ones for a property in a Conservation Area, therefore, the quality and the perfect reproduction of the original details was a must. Although it was a complicated task, with peculiar details, slimline glazing and different paint colours externally and internally, ARCO did an amazing job, completing the work on time and to budget. “Best awnings ever. Thanks RA!! So I hardly ever write reviews – it’s just not really my thing but I felt really compelled to write one for RA Awnings because they just did a bang-up job. You know how it is when people are super professional but also kind of friendly too, well yeah, those guys are like that. Me and my wife decided that we really wanted a retractable awning for our patio so we could spend more time outside without getting burned to a crisp. We chose RA Ultra Luxe in the end (even though the other options were nice too) and man, we couldn't be any happier! The awning just looks awesome and is kind of high tech too with angle changes for optimal shade and fancy LED lights for evenings. Super cool. The team that came to install were great. Showed up on time, didn't leave a mess and just really professional. And the awning itself? What a game changer! No exaggeration, our patio just feels more comfortable and looks great too. We’ve actually started spending more time outside and our friends have given us some really nice compliments. For a luxury buy the awning offers value for money when you consider the durability and peace of mind that comes with the 5 year guarantee. Anyway, that's the end of my rant haha. He had a tablet with lots of previous work so I could visualise what he proposed. He also kindly left samples with me so I could later discuss with my partner. “I am very happy with my installation that wows whoever comes to my house. I stumbled across Grants on Instagram and contacted them for blinds for my extension and lounge. I was contacted by Gaius who used photos from past projects and sketches relating to my drawings, they quickly made me realise the potential and what could be done with my house. “Not only did Spiffy Spools produce a beautiful roman shade for me, but they provided excellent customer service. I had originally order my shade with a ribbon border, this is a significant up charge. Their designers didn't think the color and pattern layout matched with the ribbon. They carefully laid it all out and emailed me photos so I could make an informed decision. I choose to leave it off. They fully credited me for the border. The shade is significantly better without it and I am so glad they spoke up. Upon install they quickly responded to my emails with questions and were always friendly! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.”

She could not have been more helpful and insightful and we feel like we got expert advice and just the right curtains for us. The lead time was as expected and fitting was equally impressive. The fitter turned up on time, was professional but friendly and fitting was quick and to an excellent standard. They really do look fantastic. You pay for quality and these curtains were not cheap but we genuinely feel like it is value for money. We have more windows to dress and will be using Pret A Vivre for all of them. Recommended.”
