“What an excellent experience. It could not have gone better from a service perspective or from the quality of the product. Service was first class and the installation a dream. It is a very old house with nothing straight or level and it all went without a hitch. The shutters are stunning. I was so grateful that they agreed to take me on as I was out of their territory ever so slightly. They agreed anyway and arrived the very next day. Couldn't promise delivery before Christmas but had them installed by 19 December. If only everyone was this reliable and efficient. In general, your curtains width should be double the width of your windows. For length, this depends on if you want floor length, sill length curtains or below sill. For sill length curtains, they should sit 1cm above the windowsill. Below length curtains generally sit around 15cm under the sill. For floor length curtains, ensure there is at least a 1cm gap between them and the floor. If your window has a radiator underneath it, the curtains should stop around 2-3cm above the radiator to avoid heat being absorbed by the curtain.
