“Jeremy designed and fitted a new bathroom for us in January 2016. This was an extensive change to the bathroom – involving stripping everything out of the room, re-plumbing the bathroom components to new locations and re-decorating. We’re very happy with our finished bathroom – the quality of the design, fitting and components in excellent – like something from a posh hotel room! Jeremy’s design makes impressive use of the available space – we previously just had a shower over the bath and now have a separate walk-in/wetroom-style shower and a large roll-top bath in the same space, without the room feeling cramped or compromised in any way. Jeremy designed our bathroom and managed the fitting – including: - Working with us to agree the layout in detail (walking through it in the room and providing diagrams) - Helping select materials and fittings - Arranging logistics such a certifications, skip hire, permits etc - Ordering the materials and fittings and all other supplies - Engaging builders, plasterers, plumbers and electrician - Managing the fitting, decoration and finishing - Aftercare: including walking us through how to use all the components and even touching up the paint when we had a small water leak (caused by a problem unrelated to the work on the bathroom) The bathroom was completed in the agreed timescales and to a very high standard. I believe Jeremy always works with the same tradespeople to fit the bathrooms – they were all very polite and tidy while fitting the bathroom and Jeremy was to hand to sort out any queries or minor issues. We are pleased with the finished bathroom and would recommend Jeremy for bathroom projects.”

The service was very personal and extremely professional including being able to return surplus material and change certain items as the work went on. “I asked LBI to completely renovate my two bed garden flat in Highbury / Canonbury area. Job involved complete gut, rewire and plumb, removal of some load-bearing walls, and a full refurb. We went with Jake because he was respectful and provided a comprehensive quote and project plan that gave us transparency and confidence he’d properly considered the job and the work involved. He also shared the risks up front. He and his team completed the work bang on schedule (vital as my wife was ‘full term’ pregnant!), and to a great standard. His team was courteous and efficient and when we had concerns - e.g. with placement of a wall or a socket - Jake was always very responsive. This was a big job, a difficult job given the timing (impending baby), but also a fulfilling job (a complete refit). It was stressful (because building always is and because of the timing...), but Jake and his team took a lot of the unnecessary stress away because of their skill and attitude, and left us with a wonderful nest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

I had the Fiore shower tray and wall panels installed with wall hung wc and a seat in the shower area,with easy access level floor and easy clean glass panel. Underfloor heating completed the job. I am very pleased with the results of the work,”
