Indesign Bathrooms & Kitchens

From the start Ali, and Issak in the office and Mark in the office and on site were approachable, helpful, honest and reassuring. They gave us a great initial design having listened to our brief and were happy to answer our myriad of questions without pressure. They gave us options to choose from for varying budgets and at no point did they push us into spending more than we could. We could be in touch at any point to ask questions and Issak set up a email steam that meant we could all keep track of our conversations and agreements over time which was very useful. Mark visited the site initially and very clearly went through what was possible and laid out the seen and unseen costs… very knowledgeable, professional and helpful… his guidance throughout the whole process was invaluable. Gregor and his team were allocated to do the renovating and they were absolutely excellent… punctual, professional, helpful, tidy, very knowledgeable and very hardworking. They communicated with us and the office team everyday and sought our input where we wanted specific position of things or ideas. Gregor would explain really well how and why things were being done and was clearly very proud of his and his team’s craftsmanship…. which we also very much appreciated! We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom which we have now been luxuriating in for a month… it has made life so much easier and better. The quality and finish are spot on and we are so glad we went with Indesign. Many thanks to the whole team and we would very happily recommend them to anyone! Helen & Debbie

Indesign renovated most of my flat for me, including a new cloakroom. The work was well coordinated and finished to a high standard. They handled the small details without needing constant direction, and any questions were dealt with quickly. The communication was very efficient. Everything feels solid and well put together. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking a truly hassle free complete service.

We were renovating the ensuite in our flat and were nervous about permissions and neighbours. Ali and his team at Indesign handled everything with professionalism, liaising with building management, sticking to working hours, and keeping the communal hallway spotless. They were polite, easy to have around, and kept us updated so we always knew what was happening. Deliveries were scheduled perfectly so nothing cluttered the hallway. The new ensuite looks modern, bright, and well put together, and when we had a quick query about the extractor, the aftercare was fast and efficient. We’d happily recommend them!

We’ve only got one bathroom and two kids, so I was nervous about the potential disruption. The team protected the floors, kept the toilet usable for most of the job, and left the place tidy every evening. They finished on the Friday they promised (my in-laws arrived on Saturday!). The walk-in shower feels like a hotel's shower, the storage is actually useful, and when we spotted a tiny drip on the tap they came back the next morning and sorted it without any issues.

We approached InDesign with a complex project to transform a split bathroom into two separate bathrooms. Mark and his team did a fantastic job, coming up with a design that did exactly what we wanted where numerous other providers had told us it was impossible. Not only that, they also did the hands-on installation to make the design a reality. We are extremely pleased with the end result and could not recommend InDesign highly enough.

We were very happy with Indesign - they were always responsive with communications, delivered a high quality / nice finish work, and within budget and time constraints. I would definitely re-hire them.

Mark and his team designed and built a new bathroom for us. The appealing thing was that the service is almost more of a product, in the sense that you see an initial digital design, and you pretty much pay a defined amount and get more or less exactly what you expected. The uncertainty is removed. We wanted a simple refresh to our bathroom with a modern, clean look, and got a design which was just that. We were out of the country during construction, but received regular videos and photos of the work. It was clear that the parts of our flat which were not being worked on had been sealed off well, and that the work was undertaken with care. At the end of the work, there were a few little things here and there which weren't quite up to Mark's standards, so he made sure they were addressed. Similarly, we had a snag with a leak, which was dealt with very promptly by an out of hours team at no extra charge, followed up with a further inspection / fix. Again, zero worries. In summary, InDesign offer a high quality service which is almost like a product in its predictability and peace of mind.

I had my small bathroom and en suite redone by Indesign, and I’m extremely pleased with what they delivered. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and showed real attention to detail. My first visit online appointment with Mark was great, he was knowledgeable and let me explore my options at my own pace without any pressure. Later, Mark visited my home to go through the design ideas, listened to what I had in mind, and came up with impressive designs that really suited the space. Finalising everything felt easy and enjoyable; it never felt hurried, and Indesign's expertise was very apparent, giving me complete confidence. Their team that carried out the work were respectful and kept to schedule, which was important as I work remotely. They were very thorough and checked every detail to make sure everything was done according to plan. The project management was excellent, with all the tradespeople staying on track and keeping their work areas clean. I’d recommend Indesign to anyone who wants a smooth, start-to-finish renovation.

A fantastic experience working with Indesign for my new (larger!) bathroom. They were very friendly and responsive to all of my requests and ideas. My refurb involved extending our bathroom to include a utility space, and they handled it with great care and professionalism. Their clear and friendly communication throughout the process really put me at ease and gave me confidence I'd picked the right people for the job. Happy to pass on my recommendation.

We’ve just had our bathroom renovated, and I’m absolutely delighted that we chose Indesign. This was our first major renovation, so we were a bit nervous about selecting the right company, especially after some difficult experiences with smaller projects in the past. However, from the outset, Indesign made us feel completely at ease. Ali and Mark were our initial points of contact, and they were both incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to answer all our questions during the design process and consistently ensured that we were satisfied with every detail. When it came to the fitting, Julien, our assigned fitter, was outstanding. He was professional, punctual, and clearly highly experienced. We encountered a few minor snags, but Indesign handled them promptly and efficiently, which was very reassuring. Overall, the entire team was fantastic to deal with. We’re thrilled with how the bathroom has turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Indesign to others.

I recently had my bathroom refurbished, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, just like they said it would be. The new design layout produced is even better than I imagined, with decent storage and a much better use of space. The quality of the fitting is excellent, and you can tell they paid attention to the details. The team finished the project on time and kept everything tidy throughout the building phase, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a company that does what they promise, but Indesign definitely did. I’d recommend them - great team, great results!

Indesign bathroom - complete remodel. Although the project took slightly longer than expected I was very happy with the final outcome. The finished room is exactly as I wanted it. The 3D planning stage was really helpful in terms of making choices about the size/position of furniture etc and gave me a real sense of the finished look. Marek was brilliant in turning the design into reality!
