My clients had a quaint villa on the 18th hole of a golf course in Portugal that they decided to rebuild. We wanted a timeless scheme that felt modern whilst still feeling comfortable and homely. Using a grey base tile, we layered monochrome layers in the living spaces and added calm colours in the bedrooms. Wooden elements are continued throughout the villa with open views onto the private pool.

We designed a bespoke bathroom suite that met our clients’ needs in terms of functionality and worked well together in the compact layout. The renovation included rejigging the location of the sink, toilet and radiator and incorporating more storage space. We chose the different bathroom elements carefully, using reclaimed timber to add warmth and character to the new space.

Dans ce hall d'entrée un banc en bois naturel a été installé devant un miroir. Miroir permettant à la fois d'agrandir l'espace et d'obtenir un jeu de reflets.

In diesem wunderschönen Projekt wurde eine Doppelhaushälfte renoviert und komplett neu gestaltet. Auf Wunsch der Kunden ist ein elegantes, monochromes, aber dennoch angenehm warmes Raumkonzept entstanden, indem vor allem auf farblose Grautöne und Holzakzente gesetzt wurde. Durch das stilvolle Lichtkonzept und viele weitere liebevolle Details ist ein Wohnraum zum Wohlfühlen entstanden!

This project focused on the installation of natural grade, random width oak floorboards in a prestigious mansion block located in the heart of Russell Square. The unique mix of widths and natural characteristics of the wood added a timeless elegance to the space, perfectly complementing the building’s classic charm.

Our vision was to create a clear space with open and hidden surfaces where natural light and downlights make a lot of different scenarios. We tried to portray quietness, clarity and softness. The organic process of using the patina brought endless revelations, a subtle kind of charm, endurance, a glimpse of time in motion, a mystical touch of imperfection, evidence of a life lived with simple honesty. Defining this feature elements, we created a sense of eternal quality; the one that exists in every human being.
