Houzz Launches Local Marketing Programme for UK Home Professionals
Rollout of Premium Service Enables UK Professionals To Build Their Brands With Local Homeowners. Over 35,000 UK Professionals Use Houzz as Critical Business Tool.


Houzz.co.uk, the world’s leading platform for home renovation and design, today announced the rollout of Houzz Pro+, its premium local marketing programme and subscription service for home professionals, in the UK. Houzz Pro+ was launched in response to demand from Houzz UK’s growing professional community, as a means to gain even greater visibility in their local area. Houzz’s professional community has tripled to over 35,000 professionals since the launch of Houzz UK in July 2014.

Houzz Pro+ provides geo-targeting, effectively consistently exposing a professional’s business profile and portfolio to homeowners specifically in their local area. Professionals subscribed to Houzz Pro+ also get access to the Pro+ Dashboard, an analytics tool that helps them track and analyse their exposure on Houzz, specifically homeowner interactions with their profile and portfolio. Providing professionals with real-time intelligence enables them to optimise their marketing and brand-building efforts.


Sharon Czapnik Down of Shandler Homes Ltd has been using Pro+ specifically for the London market and said: “Within the first 3 months using Pro+ we have won two new contracts with a combined project cost of £350,000. It’s been a fantastic tool to showcase our projects and really does get to the right calibre of clientele. It’s by far the best result we’ve had with online tools.”

Houzz Pro+ is offered in addition to the free platform and tools that Houzz will continue to invest in and provide to its professional community.
