“It is our first time using an interior designer and we have had a great experience with Willow Grey Interiors. The team has taken time to understand our style and requirements before coming up with a plan. The team is also very understanding and patient with our requests to update the draft. In the final plan for execution. many small details have been considered which we were pleasantly surprised when saw them during execution. We have been very much enjoying our house after the completion of the project.”

“I had a truly brilliant interior design experience with Natasha. The downstairs of our house has been completely transformed and is now beautiful — I absolutely love it, both being in the space as much as possible and also sharing it with others. Beyond the end result, what really stood out was how easy and enjoyable Natasha made the entire process. She guided us clearly through the decisions we needed to make, helped us choose furniture, and seamlessly arranged and coordinated all the work involved — from plastering and plumbing to painting, wallpaper and curtains. It was all handled so smoothly. The whole experience was actually fun, which I never expected from a renovation. Natasha was endlessly patient, especially when we were indecisive, and she handled the moments when my husband and I disagreed with total professionalism and good humour. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough — not only is she incredibly talented and was able to hit the (limited) brief we provided, but she makes what could be a stressful process feel exciting and completely manageable. I cannot wait to start on upstairs!”

“I first worked with Kia many years ago when she was just setting up her interior design business. I was thrilled with the results so, when I moved house earlier this year, there was no question about who I would turn to for help. The brief was challenging as I wanted to retain a substantial number of pieces from my former home, working them into a more modern scheme in a new build property. The new house also had some tricky narrow spaces, an awkward nook that needed a fresh eye to make it an interesting feature and a serious lack of storage and display space. Kia and her team did a fantastic job and I’m delighted with the end result. As well as a fabulous and fun design, the entire process worked smoothly from end to end with excellent communication and prompt resolution of the inevitable hiccups along the way. The whole process was stress free from design, through procurement, build and installation. It speaks volumes that I ended up with virtually no snagging list at the end of the project. I can’t recommend Kia and her team enough. I’m only sad that I may not get the opportunity to work with them again for some time.”
