Exterior Makeover, Extension and Renovation of Mock Georgian Property

This is owner Kate Coopers own renovation of a 1970's previously 'mock Georgian' property. The objective of the property was to enhance the exterior of an unremarkable house and open the house up to gardens front and back. The interiors were all very conventional and unremarkable and have been opened up and renovated throughout. The property has been extended to the front with a contemporary brick extension. the interiors have been opened up and renovated and the exterior has received a complete new skin, with new insulated render and clay tiles. The interiors have been renovated throughout with a new double height hallway and feature staircase. The focal space is a large open plan kitchen, family, dining room that opens up to both front and rear gardens. The gardens have been landscaped and will increasingly soften the scheme.
