Review for Kitchen Bee Design Ltd.
From start to finish, the services that we have received from Kitchen Bee have been outstanding. Mioko took the time to understand what was important to me, coming up with a design that encapsulated everything that I had asked for - and more!
Mioko made some quite subtle suggestions for change where she thought I might benefit from something slightly different to what I asked for. These changes were always offered and never pushed however I decided to go with a number of them and can honestly say they were the best choices.
Her suggestions about the products to use showed that she had really understood the end result that I wanted to achieve, as an example, I was slightly sceptical about how the the under-counter lighting and control would turn out but I am immensely pleased that I went with her choice.
For the kitchen itself I was not aware of the brand that Mioko recommended but the quality and finish is outstanding and the value for money excellent. Before we signed up, my husband was extremely sceptical that Mioko’s costs would be affordable, given the quality of her previous work that we were shown and he was pleasantly surprised when the quotation came through.
Mioko met with us a number of times during the design phase and in addition to the site visits, was in constant communication by email and phone during the fitting. She was very responsive whenever I contacted her even when it came to discussing something that was not in scope of her delivery; she genuinely cared that I would end up with the kitchen that I had dreamed of.
Mioko’s fitting team is highly experienced and that shows in the quality of the work that has been completed. Again there was real attention to detail paid about every aspect to complete the job. For example, the manufacturer sent an incorrect side panel and Danny, the fitter, didn’t want to leave it unsightly so created a side panel from off-cuts (which you would hardly notice wasn’t the real thing), whilst we waited for the replacement. All within the fixed price.
Best of all, Mioko and her team have been really fantastic to work with. What could have been a stressful activity has been made enjoyable. She and Danny accommodated date changes when our site wasn’t ready for fitting, adjustments to the larder doors when the builders made the opening slightly too small, a difficult working environment when we had multiple tradesmen tripping over each other in the same space, trying to get us in for Christmas.
I cannot speak highly enough of the services that we’ve received from Kitchen Bee and would gladly recommend them.
