From initial consultations, through design, scoping, project management and installation, Peter and the Inscope team have been fantastic.
I initially engaged Inscope to design and install two neighbouring bathrooms (family bathroom and en-suite) which included demolishing and re-building the partition stud wall between the two rooms in order to re-configure them. This also involved removing the existing airing cupboard and hot water cylinder contained therein, to replace with a new high pressure hot water cylinder located in the loft. I then subsequently extended the scope of works to include making good and decoration of three bedrooms following electrical re-wiring of said rooms.
Peter's experience, expertise and attention to detail are evident as he helps to shape your ideas into design plans and his detailed estimates allow you to understand how the project has been priced. He makes welcome suggestions and recommendations to guide/assist you without applying pressure, and takes the time you need to ensure you're happy with the end result.
The Inscope installation team are unobtrusive, tidy and provide excellent craftsmanship and a high quality finish. Again, attention to detail is evident, and they engage you as necessary throughout the project to ensure you are happy with how the work is progressing, and that the finish fulfills your needs and expectations.
Peter is also on site regularly to provide input and ensures that the project runs smoothly, issues are dealt with promptly, and that the various trades are on site when they need to be, making it stress free for the customer.
