I had a great site where I knew that getting planning permission would be tricky. Garry's professional advise and human touch really helped us create a wonderful family home. His creative input insured we did not end up with something that was just ordinary.

Self-build is a hugely rewarding process and I know James that you have achieved a great project and a very energy efficient home. Quality takes time to create and it was a joy to work with you on the project and to celebrate the planning permission, which was hard won.
