Review for Staged Spaces
I highly recommend Staged Spaces, they have delivered beyond my initial expectations.
Before I put the property on the market, it was vacant and needed something to help it stand out from the rest of the market. When I heard about home staging, I was a little sceptical, but thought for a relatively small budget it would be worth trying.
By presenting the house in a way that potential buyers were able to visualise it as their home (better than if I’d left it unfurnished), it definitely stood out from everything else in the area - 18 viewings in just over a week. This led to an offer being accepted and paperwork being drawn up.
Sarah and Hannah made the process simple and efficient, nothing was too much, including answering ’the stage or not to stage’ question. My answer ? Definitely stage.
