We employed Peter and his team for a bathroom refurbishment and a kitchen dinner redesign and have been delighted with the results. Peter spent a lot of time with us on the scope prior to commencing the build and suggested alternative layouts to maximise the use of the space, all of which we gladly incorporated into the final works. One of the aspects that we greatly appreciated from Peter was the detailed cost breakdowns that he provided for all works, including provisional items for consideration, which allowed us to remain on budget throughout the build and have a high confidence in our outturn costs.
The teams on site were excellent and we couldn't recommend them higher. During these difficult times where we were working from home on top of homeschooling they were discreet, punctual, consultative, friendly, tidy and worked around our arrangements whenever they could. My 6yo daughter is already missing them!
While Peter was not the cheapest of contractors, we would not hesitate to use them again as I believe they absolutely deliver value for money and we are really pleased with the finished works.
