Review for Ecosse Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery Ltd

We hired Florent from Ecosse Bespoke to make and install 2 cabinets with floating bookshelves above. While he was initially out of our budget, his clear, prompt and honest communication about the project, not easily found among the several other joiners/carpenters we spoke to, convinced us to adjust our budget and commit to him. He followed through with professionalism, skill and flexibility from measuring our space, keeping to the agreed timeframe, prep work in the workshop and the installation. He Involved us in all key decisions and was meticulous in the finish, also leaving the place clean. When an unexpected problem arose he remained committed to ensuring we were happy with the end result. All in all, a very good experience and we would recommend him to anyone.
