They divide the project seamlessly into the pre-build and build phases and keep everything on track from negotiations with architects, to pushing the approvals along, to negotiations with party wall neighbours through to all the communications with the contractor/building phase. Our project was not without complexity from multiple party wall awards, to a cost conscious environment thanks to the rampant inflation climate in the UK during the period within which we completed the project (2022/2023). Yet, they managed to keep an honest dialogue about our options and support us in decisions that respected our budget yet retained a top quality outcome.
