Review for A D Practice Ltd
We met a number of architects for an extensive renovation and ultimately selected AD Practice for their knowledge and experience at creating energy efficient houses. Heather was great to work with because of her expertise and friendly collaborative nature.
AD Practice got us through the planning process and helped us navigate a change in direction when we decided to switch from a renovation to a new build project.
When our project went to tender, Alison from AD Practice shortlisted builders, arranged them to meet us and managed the tender process. After we selected a builder, we continued to have support from Alison whose frequent and open communication ensured the contract ran to plan and cost. She arranged for us to meet regularly with our main contractor to discuss progress, and ensured that actions were noted and followed up on. Alison’s extensive experience in the construction industry meant she could translate between client and builder to achieve pragmatic solutions to any issues.
