Ronny has a superb team at Leehar on all aspects of the project, from arrangement for demolition, working with sub contractors, working with building management on necessary scaffold permits, construct new infrastructure and all design aspects of the house.
I am so lucky to have discovered Ronny and his team at Leehar on Houzz when I needed to find a contractor in 1 week time on my trip home to Hong Kong, when I discovered unanticipated severe water damage that affected structure of the home needing demolition and embark on new construction. They responded my inquiry on Houzz within 24 hrs, met them on site, signed up on the project in less than a week.
A special shout-out to Alex who is the project manager who kept me informed of all phases of the project all this while I am in North America. The communication is stellar and makes the experience easy and comfortable. The entire team is very professional, provides prompt response to all queries. They listened well to customer needs and provides constructive ideas. They are very organized and the project finished earlier than projected.
