Review for Hartman Heating & Air Conditioning

Hartman fraudulently changed information on a financing application in order to credit qualify me for financing on a system without my knowledge or consent. Once the credit line was approved, they over charged me $1500 for the system and did not honor the zero percent interest rate originally promised to me when the system was installed. When I finally received a my first bill and called them to advise of the mistakes, they advised that they could only correct them by closing the account with Wells Fargo at which point I would be responsible for paying for the system in full. Because of the fraudulent actions taken by their financing reps, I am now stuck with a system in my home and trapped with financing terms that I did not agree to. Had I known the financing terms were going to end up the way they we had agreed on, I would have never allowed them to install a system in my home. In addition to all this, I found out that they grossly over charged me for the system itself. I checked with several other companies and received quotes on the exact same system with labor and all ended up being around $1500 less than what I was charged by Hartman. This company does not care about the satisfaction of their customers. Especially after the system is installed. Once it's in your home, you are screwed.
