We were delighted with the work carried out. It would be true to say that the completed work exceeded our expectations. Florent is a highly skilled and truly professional craftsman. He took time and effort to make sure that the finished article was to our exact specification. We were updated with drawings/plans and he took into consideration any changes or amendments we requested. The impression that we were left with was that he takes a great pride in his work and will always aim for complete customer satisfaction - which in our case he achieved. He met our deadlines even although we had brought forward the original agreed date for completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Ecosse Bespoke Carpentry as we know that a craftsman with Florent's skills and experience are a rare find.
