Review for Project 1 Design & Build
So good we hired them twice :-)
Steve, Damien and the team renovated a house for us while we lived overseas, and it speaks volumes for their professionalism that the project went without a hitch despite us being first-time developers and not having set foot on site! They managed to turn a pokey 10-bedsit house into a beautiful family home in just 5 months from start to move-in.
That went so well that when we bought a derelict school to redevelop as a new home, we re-hired them without hesitation. This was an even larger project but P1 were equally reliable. they have unwavering attention to detail, really strong engineering expertise and a genuine passion for restoring homes to their best.
I love that Project1 are big enough to handle every crazy request we throw at them, but small enough that you get direct access to the founders of the company and the accountability that goes with it. It has been a pleasure working with them and I would consider the team personal friends - now that the build is done the whole family is going to miss our weekly status meeting!
