Review for Project 1 Design & Build

In 2013 I acquired a seven bedroom Victorian villa in Ealing - beautiful outside but a wreck inside. I held a beauty parade of West London 'Design and Build' agencies and appointed Project 1. They proved to be friendly, professional,tolerant, tight on the budget and fast. On an 8 month build with any number of surprises ( including a whole new roof and back elevation) they ended one week late and on budget. I have subsequently used the team on a larger and more complex project with the same result. Choose no other!
