Review for Project 1 Design & Build
Searching for and selecting a design and build company is never an easy task and when you live 6000 miles away it takes on a completely new dimension.
We initially chose Project 1 for their incredible enthusiasm and willingness to engage a client they had only met via phone and e mail. In short we felt valued from the very first interaction.
We are now at week 19 of a complete refurbishment of a detached Victorian house in Ealing and move in during week 20.
The Project 1 team have delivered us a high quality finish at least 6 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.
Damien and Steve with their Project team carefully understood our requirements and consistently gave us ideas and suggestions to help achieve the desired outcome whilst always remaining conscious of our budget constraints.
They have made the process relatively pain free and when things sometimes didn't go to plan were straight onto the issue resolving things quickly and always in a professional and customer orientated manner.
I would highly recommend Project 1 and feel very fortunate we chose them
